Cheer 101

Monday 5-6PM

Ages: 9 + years

If your child is curious about cheerleading but isn't quite ready to jump into a full team, our Cheer 101 is the perfect fit! This introductory class is all about fun and fundamentals, where young athletes will learn essential motions, jumps, and tumbling skills in a welcoming environment. As a family-owned gym, we pride ourselves on nurturing each child's potential while ensuring they enjoy every step of their cheerleading journey. Let’s cheer them on together!

Group Stunt

Monday 5-6PM

Ages: 9+

Our Group Stunt class is designed for athletes looking to elevate their stunting skills. Whether you're a flier, base, or backspot, our experienced coaches are here to guide you through the techniques needed to master all levels of stunts.


We believe that safety is the top priority, so our training emphasizes proper techniques and practices to ensure a secure and fun learning environment. You'll not only build your stunting abilities but also gain confidence alongside fellow athletes in a supportive atmosphere.


Strength & Flex

Thursday 4-5PM

Ages: ALL

Our Strength and Flex class is designed for athletes of all levels who are eager to enhance their performance through improved flexibility and strength.


In this dynamic class, we combine targeted strength training with flexibility exercises to help you achieve your athletic goals. Whether you’re an aspiring gymnast, cheerleader, or simply looking to boost your overall fitness, our supportive environment will empower you to push your limits.


Led by our experienced coaches, you’ll learn techniques to increase your core strength, enhance your mobility, and ensure your body is primed for competition and everyday activities. We believe in fostering a love for fitness while helping you develop the skills you need to shine in your chosen sport.
